Hey there! 5 things I want you to know about me!

x4 Marathon runner, now officially retired.

I LOVE me some long distance runs but I don't love the raised cortisol levels that running induces. 5k on a Saturday morning makes me very happy.

Plant based

...with added bone broth because collagen for my skin, boosted immune function, joint function and blissful sleep require extra attention during menopause.

I read and a LOT

…and listen to interesting audio books and podcasts. I watch very little tv and never consume current affairs news media. I have zero clue what's going on in UK politics. Result; stress levels are very low.

I go to bed at 8:30pm

…most nights, and sleep through most nights. If I'm over tired you don't even want to know me. Can you relate?

My Heart Rate Variability is better than many 25 year olds
